Looking across various sites there still seem to be hundred of tickets left...at a price.

Just looked on the P1 website and see they are advertising Frankfurt packages from £369, lounge access half time drinks & a programme is the extent of the hospitality offered.
They are also selling Arsenal tickets only from £109.
I would not give them a penny myself.

Re: Are P1travel and Livefootballtickets.com legit?
Will they put those tickets on sale again?

"West Ham supporters who re-sell their Eintracht Frankfurt tickets on any unauthorised platform will have their Season Ticket terminated and be banned from London Stadium for the rest of the 2021/22 season, as well as losing any priority points and benefits accrued with their Season Ticket. No refunds will apply.

Any tickets placed for re-sale on external ticketing platforms will be cancelled and sellers blocked from re-purchasing."

Yes that is the policy of the club - to eject away fans.

P1 travel are also partners with Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal & Barcelona among others so let’s not pretend it’s just our greedy board making money from these companies.

Re: Are P1travel and Livefootballtickets.com legit?
They'll have a tough job of "scouring" those websites. I've seen multiple tickets for sale on half a dozen websites. And do they only cancel tickets sold to Frankfurt fans?

Evening Standard

"West Ham fans will be banned from the London Stadium if they resell tickets for their Europa League semi-final to Eintracht Frankfurt supporters, as the club bids to prevent German fans from getting into the home end.

Around 30,000 Frankfurt fans took over the Nou Camp earlier this month to roar their team to a shock 3-2 win in Barcelona as they reached the last-four thanks to a 4-3 aggregate triumph.

Barcelona president Joan Laporta said he was “embarrassed and ashamed” by the incident and West Ham are determined to avoid a repeat.

Tickets for the first leg at the London Stadium next Thursday have sold out in record time as West Ham prepare for their first European semi-final in 46 years.

West Ham are confident that will prevent any visiting fans from infiltrating the home end, but a small number of tickets have appeared on third-party ticket resale websites.

The club have a team of staff scouring those websites to identify any tickets up for sale and are moving quickly to cancel those found.

Once cancelled, West Ham are working to identify supporters who placed those tickets up for re-sale and will block their season ticket for the rest of their season as well as banning them from renewing for the 2022-23 season."

Re: Are P1travel and Livefootballtickets.com legit?
What is the clubs stewarding policy - if there are blatantly Frankfurt fans in the home end ? Surely they should be ejected due to the risk of it inciting violence ?

Re: Are P1travel and Livefootballtickets.com legit?
It's a fucking disgrace and is indefensible. Most likely it is a way if skimming money away from the club. Sell a block of tickets to a 'travel' company that sells them at inflated prices and then share the profits with the massively influential person at the club whose mate owns the 'travel' company.

If I was another large shareholder I would be looking at this and questioning it.

Re: Are P1travel and Livefootballtickets.com legit?
If they are just selling the tickets as is then wrong. If they are selling as travel and hotel packages then I guess ok. It sounds like it is just inflated tickets - I can’t see the difference between the club doing this and what happened here - ‘morally bankrupt”

Robbie Williams tickets put directly on resale sites

Row over Robbie tickets on resale sites

Robbie Williams's management team is placing tickets directly on to resale ticketing websites at higher prices, the Victoria Derbyshire show has found.

Ie:music put tickets for Williams's 2017 tour on Get Me In and Seatwave - in one case for £65 more, before fees, than a similar ticket on Ticketmaster.

The company has previously called on the government to take stronger action against resale sites.

Ie:music has not responded to repeated requests for a statement.

Ticketmaster, which owns Get Me In and Seatwave, said the tickets - which it describes as "platinum" tickets - on the sites were "priced according to demand, in consultation with our clients, the event organisers".

The tickets investigated by the BBC were priced at £95 on Ticketmaster, before fees
Tickets on Ticketmaster for seats on level one, block 126 - for Robbie Williams's gig at the Etihad Stadium, Manchester, on Friday 2 June 2017 - were found by the BBC's Victoria Derbyshire programme to be priced at £95, before fees.

But on Get Me In, for "platinum" seats on level one, block 125, at the same gig, seats were priced at £160 before fees - £65 more expensive.

Because the tickets came straight from the artist's management team, all the profit goes directly to them.

A statement from Ticketmaster said: "Platinum tickets are a very small percentage of the best seats in the house that are priced according to demand, in consultation with our clients, the event organisers.

"The UK live events industry has been successfully using platinum for many years so that the full value of these tickets goes back to the rights holders and not to resellers."
'Abusing the system'

In November 2015, Williams's management, ie:music, signed a petition saying: "We as artist, managers and agents deplore the increasing industrial-scale abuse and insider exploitation of tickets for music, arts and sports events by ticket touts, and their online associates and facilitators."

They wanted the government to take stronger action against resale sites.

Promoter Harvey Goldsmith said the position Williams's team were taking made him "angry".
"I think it is wrong, but hopefully most of the people who have signed the [2015] petition are acting honourably and are doing everything that they can do to prevent tickets being sold on the secondary market," he said.
Conservative MP Andrew Bingham, part of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, said that "somehow, [touts] have worked a way round of abusing this [resale] system".
He said it appeared that some artists' management teams were "now also complicit in it as well".

In December, the Competition and Marketing Authority announced it was to investigate the resale ticketing market, to ensure sales were complying with consumer rights laws.

A representative of Capital FM's Jingle Bell Ball and Summertime Ball confirmed they had placed tickets for both those events directly on StubHub, but added they had not increased the prices.

Tickets 'bots'
The Victoria Derbyshire programme also found resale websites StubHub, Get Me In and Seatwave were providing specialist software - which could be used by touts - to enable users to sell large volumes of tickets through their platforms.

To sign up for StubHub's software, StubHub Pro, users have to show they have sold more than $50,000 (£40,000) worth of tickets in a year.

The software allows users to sell tickets in different currencies, as well as in volume.

StubHub has not responded to requests for a statement. Ticketmaster said its software, Ticket Utils, was not available in the UK.
Both have previously spoken out against computer programs known as "bots", which have long been cited as a major problem in helping touts buy large volumes of tickets ahead of the general sale to fans.
'Morally bankrupt'

In Italy, the country's lawmakers have moved to ban secondary ticketing, after a media investigation found evidence that Live Nation Italy was selling thousands of tickets directly on Viagogo at higher prices.

In a previous statement to Billboard Magazine, Live Nation Italy said the allegations related to a "small number of tickets, for a handful of international artists".

Neither Viagogo or Live Nation UK have responded to repeated requests for a statement.

Andy Inglis, an artist manager from 5000 management, called the practice "morally bankrupt".
"I just think artists should answer to their fans more," he said.
"There should be more accountability.
"But I guess when the artists get bigger, they are more removed from their fans.
"So I think you can more easily set aside your ethics and charge what you want."
Watch the Victoria Derbyshire programme on weekdays between 09:00 and 11:00 on BBC Two and the BBC News channel.

P1 sell tickets at more than face value so that makes them touts.
They get the tickets from the club so that makes the club @@@@@.
No different than when a tout buys a ticket of a season ticket holder as far as the person who ends up buying it goes. Ot costs more than face value.
The club have @@@@ on the fans with this and it is @@@@@@@ discraseful.

To be fair, P1 are more of a football travel company - so they have tickets for all manner of stuff. Bought my tickets amd the hotel off them for the final because I wouldn't get one of the 10k based on points as I haven't done an away game in a long time. They're in bed with a lot more important people than the two old codgers

Or put another way, P1 are the only official TOUTING partner the club has fessed up to so far.

They’ll cough for the others with enough pressure I expect.

There is a news story in this if the club are responsible for ripping off fans.

Similar to the story a few years back when music artists were taking chunks of tickets and touting them on reselling sites.

Disgraceful if true.
